Gestalt Language Protocol Training (All Levels)

This is the way our community members talk to each other. In summary, we don’t tell each other what to do, give advice, or even share our opinion. In the Community, this is a conversational requirement so we include training to help you get this right.
Alongside Virtual Group (Develop and Thrive Levels)

Alongside Virtual Group – This is a group of 5-7 people who commit to each other for live virtual meetings in the frequency of the group’s choosing. These meetings are run by a trained Gestalt facilitator. These become “your people.” If you find the fit isn’t right, or you get a new job and new role, we’ll find a new group for you. All participants in a group agree to new members.
Upon joining the Community at the Thrive or Develop Levels, you will receive outreach from a Turnkey staff member who will help ascertain the best group for you.
Leadership (Develop and Thrive Levels)

There are two opportunities to lead and serve beyond typical Community participation. They are facilitating as a trained Gestalt Facilitator and offering trainings based on your own expertise. For example, if you are a master of board management and would like to give a training to help the Community and elevate your personal profile to the Community, we’ll help you do that.
Crossroad Call (Thrive Level)

Every once in a while, you need a nonexistent advisory board—a mythical beast of a board that includes experts from across the industry who have experience with your exact problem-on-fire. The people on this imaginary board are ready to give you help quickly, without having to hire a consultant, and without judgment. That’s a Crossroad Call. You are at a crossroad and need help. It’s real.
For this call, Turnkey-ers spring into action and recruit help from the network of generous and open-handed people in the Community, and potentially some outside the Community depending on your problem. We use our expertise and connections to put you at the table with a host of your experienced peers, ready to help. And, you might get that call too: “Come help.”
A Turnkey person will facilitate each call, remind parties that ours is a confidential setting, keeping feedback gentle and specific, making sure your needs are met. We’ll help you make the right turn at your crossroad.
Convening of Thought Leaders

A Convening is an onsite, overnight gathering of 20-ish people in similar roles. This is an invitation-only event, gratis but for travel, that is curated to create a vibrant experience. Learn more here.
Situation Assessment (All Levels)

Turnkey uses a process to vet situations’ potential for success. Our process can apply to almost any situation and can give you a good idea of whether your hearts’ desire is achievable and if you are ready to achieve it.
